GOOD MORNING FAMILY ☀️

Today’s Scripture

Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ. Ephesians 4:15, ESV

Today's Word

Sometimes we need somebody to speak the truth to us in love. Maybe you’re coasting along, thinking that you’ve reached your limits and you can’t step up to a new challenge, but you have gifts and talents that you haven’t tapped into yet. It’s time to put away your excuse bag and step up to that new level. Start learning something new. Start training for the next program. Start taking on more responsibility at work. Start writing that song, that book, or that business plan. Start managing your department. Start teaching that Bible study you’ve been thinking about for years. There is potential in you that is lying dormant. The enemy will make up excuses to try to keep it from ever coming out. But you have to stir up what God put inside. Quit telling yourself what you can’t do and how you don’t have the training, the education, or the discipline. Put away the excuse bag. You have everything you need. You are well able. You can do all things through Christ. God has already put it in you.

Prayer For Today

“Father, thank You for the power You have given me to release any old thinking, any old habits, and any excuses that are keeping me from being my best. Thank You that You have given me everything I need to step up to new levels. I declare that I am putting away the excuse bag. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”🙏🏾☀️❤️

GOOD MORNING FAMILY ☀️

Today’s Scripture

But godliness with contentment is great gain.
1 Timothy 6:6, NIV

Today's Word

Healthy people are content people. They’re grateful to be alive, grateful to have a job, grateful for their family and friends. Sometimes it’s the subtle things that can plant seeds of discontentment. It starts when we make the mistake of comparing our life to somebody else’s. What they seem to have may look like they’re ahead of you, that they’re better off, that you got shortchanged and are at a disadvantage. Comparing will cause you to be disgruntled. But we forget that somebody else has it worse than us. Somebody would gladly take that spouse of yours who you’ve gotten sour on. Somebody would love to have your house, your job, your children. Don’t let what someone else has stir you into being sour, ungrateful, and upset. Run and say, “I will not let seeds of discontentment take root in my life. I will not let that poison get in my spirit. I am grateful and blessed to have what God has given me, and I have what I need to fulfill my destiny.”

Prayer For Today

“Father, thank You that Your favor, Your blessings, and Your grace are unique to my life. Thank You that I have exactly what I need for the race You’ve called me to run and thank You for the privilege of making the most of what You’ve given me. I will be content and enjoy it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”🙏🏾☀️❤️

HAPPY MONDAY FAMILY☀️

Today’s Scripture

So Joseph assigned the best land of Egypt…to his father and his brothers, and he settled them there, just as Pharaoh had commanded. And Joseph provided food for his father and his brothers in amounts appropriate to the number of their dependents, including the smallest children. Genesis 47:11–12, NLT

Today's Word

When a great famine came in the land, Joseph was in charge of the food supply of Egypt. Joseph’s father, Jacob, sent his other sons to Egypt to purchase food. These brothers, the same ones who had sold Joseph into slavery and hardship thirteen years earlier, showed up at the palace. They didn’t recognize Joseph and never dreamed he would have such a position, especially after what they had done to him. Instead of trying to get even with them, Joseph was kind to them. He not only gave them food, but he had them bring their father and all their families to live with him. God will put people in positions of influence so that when you show up, they’ll recognize you. You won’t know them, but they’re ordained to be good to you and go out of their way to help you, even when you don’t deserve it. They’ll open a door, give you the promotion, and help you rise higher. It’s not something you can make happen. God is going to surprise you with His goodness.

Prayer For Today

“Father, thank You for showing me Your mercy, Your kindness, and Your goodness over and over when I didn’t begin to deserve it. Thank You for the people You’ve ordained to come across my path. I believe that You are directing my steps and orchestrating everything around me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”🙏🏾☀️❤️

GOOD MORNING FAMILY☀️

Today’s Scripture

Be prepared in season and out of season.
2 Timothy 4:2, NIV

Today's Word

When Paul told Timothy to “be prepared in season and out of season,” he was talking about ministering, but the principle is true when you’re waiting for God to do something. Stay prepared in your mind in season, when things are going your way, and out of season, when the medical report is not good, when your business slows down. Don’t live discouraged and put God in a box that limits how He does it. Don’t tell Him how or when to do it. No, get ready for God to show up out of season. God knows how to bring what you need. The odds may be against you, and you don’t see any sign of things changing. God is asking you what He asked Moses in Numbers 11: “Is there any limit to My power? Do you think the conditions can hold Me back? Do you think the seasons can stop Me from doing what I want to do?” Take the limits off God. Start expecting, start believing. Don’t be surprised when God shows up when you don’t see Him coming.

Prayer For Today

“Father, thank You that You have never lost any of Your power, and You control the seasons and bring Your blessings to me in Your own way and Your own timing. When it looks too big for me, I know that with You all things are possible. I believe that You are not limited by any unfavorable conditions that I face. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”🙏🏾☀️❤️

GOOD MORNNG FAMILY☀️

Today’s Scripture

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” John 13:34, ESV

Today's Word

Our relationships are sacred. God gives us people in life to love, and to love them as Jesus loved us. Don’t treat them as though they’re ordinary, just common. They’re a priceless gift from God. He has entrusted you with His most valuable possessions, people whom He made in His own image, people whom He calls masterpieces. Don’t throw around hurtful words, say things that wound, degrade, and make them feel unvaluable. Use your words to lift, to encourage, to push people forward, not to set them back. When we recognize that something is sacred, we should treat it with more respect. Every person is one of a kind. We have to be extra careful to make sure we never damage them. But sometimes we mishandle the sacred. We let pressure and stress cause us to let our guard down and not treat people the way we should. You may have broken a relationship, but the mercy of God has you covered. Trust Him to restore what is priceless, something you should have handled more carefully. What you shattered, He’s about to put back together.

Prayer For Today

“Father, thank You that You have always been steadfast in Your love for me. Thank You for calling and equipping me to be the same and to treat my relationships as sacred and to stay committed to them. For any relationship that I’ve broken, I trust You to restore what is priceless. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”🙏🏾☀️❤️
