BIG NEWS!

Double board-certified Nurse Practitioner Shea Edwards, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is now offering behavioral and mental health services at Amite Rural Health Clinic to patients ages 5 and older.

With more than a decade of experience, he brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care to the clinic’s behavioral and mental health services. He is highly trained to help patients facing a range of conditions like, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, PTSD, grief, trauma, mood disorders and life transitions.

Shea provides comprehensive evaluations/diagnosis, and can treat of a wide range of behavioral and mental health conditions through therapy and medication management. He works closely with patients to develop personalized plans to meet their needs and improve their life.

Day 3 of Hospital Week was pop-solutely amazing! 🍿🍭🍬
Making a difference doesn’t happen by SNACKident — and today proved it. Modern Home Health & Hospice absolutely spoiled us with popcorn, cotton candy, and enough candy to send everyone on a serious sugar rush.

And just when we thought it couldn’t get any sweeter, Henry Powell Jr. Insurance delivered a fabulous surprise that was the icing on top.(literally)🍰

Thank you to everyone who helped make today extra special for our employees. We appreciate the love, support, and snacks more than you know! 💙

Hospital Week Day 2 was SNOW much fun! 🍧❄️💙
Huge thanks to OnPath Credit Union for “shaving” the day with a sweet surprise from Nana’s Sno Shack! Our employees had an ice time cooling off with delicious snowballs! 😉
