No time to workout? How about a Tabata set. 4 mins has shown incredible health benefits. Can be done on any cardio machine, walking/sprinting, boxing, anything that can generate high intensity for brief moments. Do 20 seconds all out then 40 seconds of moderate exercise. Repeat 4 times. That’s all it takes so

hiit cardio—- aim to get at least 2 days /week of high intensity interval training. It has become one of my favorite tools when I let myself take a little time off. For me it’s a nice boost to get back into it, when you’ve recently taken some time off. Give it a try

Got a nice workout in with my wife after dinner tonight.
We incorporated this movement into our circuit that I put together. Give it shot next time you get after it. It was a great way of getting more muscles involved.
