Kenneth Roche is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As Founder and Clinical Director of South Shore Mental Health Counseling Services, he brings both clinical expertise and leadership to a practice grounded in thoughtful, evidence-based care.
Ken works with individuals who are often used to showing up for others and find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. His approach is collaborative, practical, and relationship-centered, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. He has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds and life circumstances.
With a longstanding career in law enforcement and military service, Ken offers a unique depth of understanding for first responders, veterans, and those working in high-stress roles. He provides culturally competent care that respects the demands, structure, and realities of these professions, creating a space where clients can speak openly and feel understood.
