Sheriff Sam Hulse with the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office and our very own DeVere Hunt presented at The City Club of Idaho Falls earlier today, speaking of the impact our mental health and community infrastructures are facing due to recent Medicaid cuts, and highlighting the importance of these essential services.

Their advocacy and partnerships within our community has been, and continues to be, a significant voice for positive change and growth for mental health awareness and resource availability in our region and across the State.

Huge shoutout and thank you to The City Club of Idaho Falls for hosting this event, as well as to Simply Delicious Catering for providing lunch!

Today, we celebrate two years of incredible impact by the Adolescent PHP/IOP Program (RHS CARES for YOUth)—a truly valuable service to our community. 💚

Our PHP/IOP programs provide intensive therapy services for youth ages 12–17, meeting young people and their families where they are and supporting them through healing, growth, and recovery.

These comprehensive services include:

RHS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time/part-time Community-Based Social Worker & Case Management Worker (CBRS/CM) to join our team. This position will serve clients in the greater Idaho Falls area, working with both children and adults. The CBRS/CM will be responsible for linking clients to services in the community, coordinating care, and providing vital support.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Coordinate services and assist clients in accessing necessary resources, including helping arrange transportation.
Client Support: Collaborate with families, doctors, and therapists to ensure effective communication and care.

Skill Building: Provide instruction in various skills across different settings, including office, home, and community environments.
Documentation: Complete weekly client notes, 90-day reviews, and annual plans.

Collaboration: Work effectively with other clinicians and staff, ensuring a seamless client experience.
