The power of DAO tox, a lip flip, & a 1/2 syringe of Kysse 😍
What is DAO tox?
The DAO muscle originates at the lower jaw and inserts at the corner of the mouth — when overactive, it can cause the corners of the mouth to be pulled downward. 
How does Tox fix this?
By injecting a neurotoxin into this muscle, the muscle’s contraction is inhibited, thereby reducing the downward pull and allowing the “lifting” muscles (like the levator anguli oris or zygomaticus) to have more relative effect.
We used a very tight dilution of toxin in this area to prevent spread to any unwanted areas!
We also used Restylane Kysse to give the patient volume, height, and some hydration. Kysse is a very soft filler that intergrates seamlessly into the tissue giving you natural results!
