Hi everyone we just wanted to post some of our most frequently asked questions and the answers in case anyone else has them also. Please feel free to reach out to us at anytime with anymore questions or concerns.
FAQs:
Q: Can you do my refills for my daily medications?
A: Yes we can refill all routine medications.
Q: Can you do my bloodwork?
A: Yes we can do all bloodwork for routine checks or for acute sick visits inside the home.
Q: What ages do you see? Or are these visits just for the elderly?
A: These visits are not just for the elderly. We see ages 2 and up for routine checkups or for acute sick visits.
Q: Will you see me if I'm sick?
A: Yes, we provide sick visits. We have the ability to do in home rapid testing for strep throat, flu, Covid, RSV, and for UTIs and get results within 15 minutes.
Q: If I'm sick can you give me a shot?
A: Yes, if found necessary for an antibiotic, steroid, or antiemetic (antinausea) injection we can administer in the home during the visit.
Q: Do you do Telehealth visits?
A: Yes we do.
Q: Can you see me or a family member if they are in the nursing home or assisted living facility?
A: Yes, we can for sick visits or for their routine management.
Q: Can you refer me to a specialist?
A: Yes if needed we can refer you to a specialist and continue to coordinate care with them and follow along with your care.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We will see anyone in Monroe County, Mississippi.
Q: Do I have to be homebound for a visit?
A: No
Q: Will my insurance cover a home visit?
A: We accept almost all insurances and the majority of them do cover home visits. Before an appointment will be made we will verify what type of insurance you have to ensure we accept them. This will be discussed prior to a provider coming to your home for a visit.
Q: Do I need a referral to see you?
A: No referral is required.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
