Dr. Alexandra (Allie) Worthy comes to P&S from neighboring Alabama. Born and raised in central Alabama, Dr. Worthy is a product of a small town with close community ties. She realized her passion for medicine at a young age due to her intense love for science and interaction with people.

Dr. Worthy was drawn to the field of women’s health primarily because of the exceptional need for prenatal care and women’s preventive medicine in the rural south.

Dr. Worthy’s passions beyond medicine include activities with her family and friends. While Dr. Worthy is away from the office, you can usually find her at the lake, by the pool, or on the beach. She also loves SEC football and cheering for the Tide!
