They are fresh air, pure water, exercise, sunshine, healthy diet, cleanliness, sufficient rest and sleep. The needs of emotional and spiritual balance and personal growth also need to be met in order to maintain health. When any of these needs or a combination of them is neglected, the result may be disease. Our goal is to help our clients restore balance and therefore, health.

Some fun things for tomorrow’s Farm to Table Tour- Make a little herb garden and lots of books $1.00 each all barely used ❤️ Rick and Gretchen will be selling honey and bee products Raven is offering palm readings. Josh will have crafts made on his farm and will be teaching folks how to make smudge stick. Lynn Hood with Cornell Master Gardner’s answering questions and selling beautiful plants ❤️

One of our "fixtures" at the Farm to Table Event has been Tom Van Alstyne ( Break Away Farm) selling grass fed beef. This year he sold out ( always a good thing when a farmer sells out of a product) He did, however, render the most beautiful tallow. We made face and body balms and an organic sun block that we will have for sale in the shop
