Join us for ✨Yoga for Women✨, a free, gentle yoga class designed to support women’s health through all stages of life.

Sponsored by the (CHA), this class offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build strength from the inside out.

Together, we’ll explore breath-centered movement, stress relief techniques, and poses that support hormonal balance, pelvic floor health, and overall well-being. Whether you’re navigating menstruation, menopause, motherhood—or simply seeking a moment to care for yourself—this class is for you.

Open to all women and those who identify as women. No previous yoga experience is needed. Mats and props provided.

These classes are every Wednesday in August at 5 p.m. and located at Anaconda Yoga.

The Community Hospital of Anaconda is happy to support a stroller friendly walk club. Walkers will meet at Washoe Park, near the splash pad, Mondays at 6:30pm and Thursdays at 7am. The walk will continue for however long feels right!

The first walk will be Monday May 12th at 6:30pm. Refreshments will be provided to celebrate the first walk of the summer!
