This is a really good article written about pain patterns and the effective treatment of myofascial release therapy.

Here at RAIZ you will receive the powerhouse trio of therapy that includes massage therapy, orthopedic structural integration, and myofascial release.
"RAIZ" literally means ROOTS. Finding and correcting the root cause of chronic pain is absolutely what we do here. Healing can occur when you remove the roadblocks to the system and bring it into balance.

What an incredible week! I have spent the last 6 days in Denver doing more advanced SMRT training classes for my wonderful clients. You guys deserve the best! You deserve me at my best! And I will continue to pursue the most advanced medical massage training that I can so I am more able to help you every day.

Lymphatic drainage and Scar tissue release

If you thought my shoulder work was great before, it just got better!
And the new Lymphatic certification opens a whole new world of post surgical work. Scar tissue, internal and external adhesions due to surgery, and acute and long term lymphadema. The immediate surgical recovery period can be dramatically enhanced with MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), reducing pain and swelling, and increasing the bodies ability to heal and regain range of motion. But even if your surgery was 10+ years ago those scars can still be wreaking havoc and there is so much we can do to improve function, reduce pain, and increase range of motion when we address those old scars.
