We restructured our business model.

Said goodbye to a few staff members & in their place, we welcomed some new faces.

We have always been so grateful for all of Vern’s hard work over the years helping with all the things that come up in the spa.

If you know him, you love him and we here at Fairmont LOVE him and would like to recognize his 40 years of hard work and dedication to our resort. He has been instrumental in every aspect of our resort and knows every nook and cranny in the building, not to mention where he put something 10 years ago. 🤣

While we do our best to be available for walk-in gift card purchases, our therapists are often in session with clients and may not be available at that time. We are a small staff and want to make things easier for everyone.

To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, we recommend one of the following options before stopping by:

1. Call ahead
Calling the day you plan to visit is the best way to get an accurate timeframe for when we’ll be available.

2. Prepay over the phone
We’re happy to assist you by phone and can have your gift card ready and held at the resort front desk for pickup.

3. Purchase online
Visit www.fairmontdayspa.com to easily purchase an e-gift card from the comfort of your home (or wherever you’re shopping!).
