The holiday season is filled with big meals, festive drinks and plenty of sitting. There are small habits that can help you stay balanced without losing your holiday cheer.

Feast smarter by building a plate with mostly fruits and vegetables, adding whole grains and protein, and paying attention to your hunger cues. Sip mindfully by keeping an eye on the sugar in holiday drinks. Move a bit more by fitting in a workout or enjoying a walk after meals.
