Anacortes Health and Nutrition Health food and supplements store located in Anacortes, Washington Anacortes Health and Nutrition opened in 1965 as a "mom and pop" store and family business.

It is located in downtown Anacortes in a large house that dates back to the late 1800's. The front portion of the building holds our retail store, while the back half is an old style lodging house that rents rooms by the month.

This is my kind of Easter basket 🐰✨

Not because it’s “perfect”…
But because it *feels like me.*

I’m the one who reads labels.
Who skips the neon dyes.
Who quietly swaps out artificial for real—even in something as simple as candy.

My girls: Mom… why do they make food/candy that’s not good for us?🐰 And honestly… it’s a fair question.

Because as parents, we’re standing in the aisle trying to make something fun and magical… while also quietly wondering what’s actually in all of it.
