We’re upgrading how we serve you!

The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is launching a new Electronic Health Records (EHR) system this fall. Five locations will start first, with all sites using it by May 2026.

What it means for our clients:
· More consistent care across the state
· Easier access to health information

During the Transition: We’re working hard to keep your care seamless. While we make this important upgrade, our staff is focused on minimizing disruptions.

Why it matters: This new system was designed with you in mind. Every detail - from setup to training - reflects our commitment to improving your experience and protecting your health. Once fully in place, the new system will streamline many steps - making things faster for both clients and staff.

The launch of this EHR is a major step in modernizing public health in Oklahoma, and we anticipate its positive impact for years to come.
