maintenance. The feeding of tubs is advantageous to all (shy or
smaller) in the pasture because of the delivery method. Less time

• One – 200 lb. tub for every 20 head of cattle.
• Provide good quantity and quality forage at all times.

Consumption rate is controlled by a number of factors:
Composition and hardness of the supplement, quality and
quantity of available roughage, weather conditions, previous
feeding practices and management procedures. To reduce consumption levels, decrease the number of tubs
available or relocate them further from loafing or watering areas. To increase consumption levels reverse afore mentioned process.
