Videotaping form is key to making progress as well as to evaluate if you have imbalances or assymetries. For a while, I was leaning the bar lower on the left side but since I have become aware of it, I have slowed down my descent to better control my movement. Also, videotaping from multiple angles is very important too. This is set 3 of 6 for 2 reps @ 295 lbs.

For a more challenging workout, try sprints in the sand! Sprinting barefoot also helps to strengthen muscles in the foot which can help with conditions such as plantar fascitis, Achilles tendonitis, and calf strains. Start with short distances (10-30 yds) for 3-5 reps and slowly build up volume and distance.
