Good morning, as we run a non-profit with 99.9% volunteers you end up have a normal rotation of staff. We are in need of responsible consistent people with a heart of service. We have a lead volunteer position in the afternoons Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12 - 4. This would mean the ability to lead the volunteers but also to jump in and pack groceries for the pre-booked appointments when necessary, if we end up short-staffed.
With our method of our food pantry, we go by appointment only. Therefore when someone can't come in as planned it's severely affects the whole process and that would be when we would need people to jump in. We have an amazing staff. We're all running towards God, so let's run together.
You would need the ability to work with people, take direction, kindly give direction and work as a team. We have three shifts- morning, mid-day and afternoon. The afternoon lead is most important at the moment, but if you feel any of these times are fitting for you, even one day a week it would help us.
