๐ŸŽ“ Congratulations to the four incredible My Day Counts participants who overcame tremendous odds to earn their High School Diplomas!

Their journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, support, and belief. These graduates didnโ€™t just complete a program; they achieved a life-changing milestone that opens doors to future employment and greater independence in the community.

We were honored to celebrate their success at the 4th Annual My Day Counts Graduation & Achievement Ceremony, held in partnership with New Opportunities Organization.

๐Ÿ’™ A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possibleโ€”our staff, families, and especially our generous sponsors and community partners:
The Murphy Family Foundation, Disneyland Resort, Orange County Chapter Charities, George Hoag Family Foundation, Fluor Corporation, Republic Services, O.L. Halsell Foundation, J.D. Gilmour & Co., and Slater Builders Inc.

We are so proud of the Class of 2025!

Together, we continue our mission to train people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities for success in life and work.

๐Ÿ“ธ Stay tuned for highlights from the ceremony and help us celebrate these amazing individuals by sharing this post or leaving a message of encouragement below! ๐Ÿ’™

A photo of Anna running the cash register at one of her CES 3:1 training sites, Santa Maria BBQ! She enjoys being able to gain paid training experience at a restaurant to help hone her skills and be prepared for employment.

Anna stated her favorite thing about Santa Maria BBQ is being able to use the cash register because it's a skill she wants to develop further. She's grateful that a business in the community is letting her get hands-on experience to help her improve.
