The purpose of the Dayle McIntosh Center is to partner with individuals who have disabilities as they gain the resources, knowledge and skills to live independently.

It's a to May 2024 when the Dayle McIntosh Center was given two honors in the exact same day as a surprise! The City of Anaheim presented us with a proclamation on the same day we received the Toastmasters Corporate Recognition Award. It feels just like yesterday as we continue to feel humbled by this great honor!

When we look back on our lives - nothing matters more than making a difference in the lives of others . We don't often reflect on our own impact - because sometimes we just don't know. But if you ask a person who is on the receiving end of care giving, every person who has been helped will tell you that there is nothing more meaningful than:

• Getting the right guidance and directives
• Knowing you can have independence and peace of mind
• Having the reassurance you are not alone.

For people with disabilities and older adults – no one will argue that quality of life is important and can be made possible by a true HUMAN SUPERHERO!
Being able to use your strengths, skills and calm, loyal, caring and dedicated nature sincere desire to help someone else with patient, caring and dedicated caregiver. In-home support is key to have independence, access, and simple needs met through care giving, housekeeping or daily activities.

DMC cares about care giving! We are actively recruiting now for caregivers.

Advocacy is about change outcomes. DMC believes it is important for our community members to know they have a voice. Access and independence are at the core of inclusion. We at DMC are so very grateful to be able to share that our MMPP program received some great awareness and visibility today from OC Talk Radio Our very own DMC Lead Home and Community Access Coordinator Ivan Cortez and DMC's Independent Living Skills Instructor for the Blind, Danyelle Cerrillo were in-studio https://www.youtube.com/live/rhSWc9_78NQ at OC Talk Radio Studio on Impact OC Show with Host Dawn Kamber. We are so glad that this program can make an impact in Orange County thanks to our partnership with OCTA Thank you to Dawn and to Paul Roberts for having our organization on Impact OC!

DMC has an open role for a Part-Time Billing Administrator who can make a huge impact at our organization.

We're looking for someone who is a true buttoned-up administrative pro with eagle eyes to detect discrepancies.

If you are solution-oriented and are a committed stay on task person, who is highly organized with superior follow-through skills - We want to hear from you!

We need a minimum of three years of experience with data entry, database management, or other relevant administrative duties, preferably in a human services setting with a no nonsense get down to business mindset.
