Some of you may be new here so I wanted to re introduce myself. I am Dr Sadia - a board-certified physician with a passion for lifestyle medicine, sustainable weight loss, and hormone health, especially for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
After years working as a hospitalist, I saw firsthand how reactive healthcare can be. I wanted to create a space focused on prevention, education, and personalized care, not rushed visits or one-size-fits-all solutions.
