A day in the life of a working mom & small business owner.

Before the new year, I had my “closing msg” typed up and ready to go. 2025 was very trying to say the least as a small business owner; the tariffs almost took us OUT with our suppliers increasing the supplies so significantly.

With knowing we were going to be welcoming our 2nd little one into the world, also knowing I need to work full time bc unfortunately my small business sustains itself and nothing additional, I just didn’t know if I could manage anymore. Some days the stress is just tooooo much. Working 7 days in a row 12 hr shifts, keeping up with my family and household, and then my small business can be VERY challenging.

While I’m still skating on thin ice, contemplating everyday, just praying and asking what am I going to do, everyday I choose not to give up just yet.

So cheers to a day in the life of getting as much done as I possibly can in The Melted Che before I have to go pickup my little one from school.

& as always thank you soooo much to those of you who continue to support me thought the chaos, it means the world! 🫶🏾
