YOGA: Monday/Friday 6:00am & 8:30am

AM Boot Camp: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday at 5:00am, ALSO Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00am

Kickboxing: Wednesday's at 5:00am & 6:00am

Total Body Toning: Monday/Wednesday at 5:30pm

SilverSneakers: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:15am

ARC (Advanced Retirees Class): Tuesday & Thursday at 9:15am

*Personal Training and Max Sport are always available*

Hey!! Did you all know that we accept Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit and Renew Active participants?! And other exercise programs for Seniors that may be a part of your Medicare Replacement plan. Check with your insurance to see if YOU are eligible for a gym membership and then come join our fun group! The ARC (Advanced Retiree Class) meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:15am. Come check us out!
