This simple Grounding Mudra is one of my favorite ways to reconnect and feel centered.Touch the tip of your ring finger to your thumb, let the other fingers extend, and rest your hands on your knees.Close your eyes, take a slow inhale … and a gentle exhale.With each breath, imagine roots growing from your body into the earth, anchoring you in this present moment.Try this mudra anytime you need to feel calm, steady, and supported. 💫 .

Feeling stressed or scattered? Try this simple 5-5-5 breathing practice with me. 🌿

Inhale for 5 … hold for 5 … exhale for 5.
Just a few rounds can calm the nervous system, bring you back to the present moment, and reset your energy.

2. How do you enroll? Just Show up! You do not have to sign up for the meditation classes.

3. How do you access the meditation class? Use the same link you use for yoga classes.
