The Full Worm Moon moved through shadow, and what a beautiful reminder it was…even in darkness, the light returns.

This evening we’ll gather to honor release, renewal, and gentle emergence. Expect candlelight, soft music, grounding breathwork, slow intentional movement, and a long guided Savasana to integrate what’s been illuminated.
