In the Shoulder and Arm & Hand classes we treat muscles you know and love like infraspinatus, deltoid, flexor digitorum profundus, and pronator teres. But we bring new perspectives to the treatments. We treat infraspinatus sidelying. We demonstrate treating deltoid in a seated position. We practice pinning and stretching pronator teres and flexor digitorum profundus to differentiate them from the other forearm flexors.
We also show you how to treat muscles you may not treat as often, like flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor pollicis brevis, the tendon of the long head of the bicep and many more.
