Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) was used to restore midface volume, enhance structural support, and improve overall facial contour. Strategic placement along the zygomatic arch and anterior cheek provided lift and definition to the midface while indirectly softening nasolabial folds. Additional product was placed along the mandibular border to create a sharper, more defined jawline, improving lower face contour and reducing the appearance of jowling. The chin was treated to enhance projection, symmetry, and balance of the lower third, contributing to overall facial harmony. Product was administered with attention to anatomical landmarks and vascular safety, achieving immediate contouring with anticipated collagen stimulation for continued improvement over time.

Detailed lip mapping pre treatment was performed prior to injection to assess baseline asymmetry, vermillion border definition, cupid’s bow alignment, and volume distribution on the pillows. Filler placement was strategically planned and the injection points and depth were selected based on anatomical landmarks to restore balance, optimize contour, and avoid overcorrection!
