Mark your calendar for 12/01/25! I am officially coming back off my hiatus! It’s been a while and I’m so excited to connect with you!

Readings are making a comeback!

What has changed :
I took some time away to focus on my career in healthcare and my spiritual journey. The spirits kept guiding me to extend my hiatus and like a good listener I did. I’m so glad I did because I am at a point where I’m feeling extremely excited to hop back in. I will offer one type of reading consistently, 2 questions and $40. This will be a long standing offering to you. I will also be working on my year ahead readings for this upcoming year. TBA

How and when to book:
Our booking system is still the same and will go live 12/1/25. The calendar will be updated weekly to reflect my availability. Due to the anticipated demand I suggest booking at least a week from your desired date.

Another natural placenta package! This week was soo soo busy, I had exams, interviews etc… but I was still able to get this placenta done and I’m so happy with how it turned out. I love keeping busy and when I have down time from school/work I’m usually doing something birthy lol! Anyways I still have one placenta spot available for September and two for October so book now, it’s never too late 🩷🩷🫶🏾

Another last minute placenta! This one was decided to be encapsulated post delivery and was scheduled within 24hrs of delivery. By far the quickest I’ve been able to book, receive and encapsulate a placenta with it all being said and done within 72hrs. Super grateful to do this work and I can’t wait to see how this baby comes out. ✨

Side note this is also the longest cord I’ve ever had in all my years of doing this. I had so much fun playing with the shaping of the cord keepsake lol.

Hey all, I just wanted to express my gratitude to you for all the support! I’ve had an influx of clients from referrals, thank you to all the doulas who have referred to me as well as friends, family and fellow business owners. You don’t know how much it means to me to know that you all value this work just as much as I do!

Little school update: as many of you know I am a nursing student and I’ll be starting my first semester at the end of this month!! I’m super excited and can’t wait to start this new journey. Although the path I’m taking to midwifery is a long one I haven’t lost sight of why I even started school. I’m so happy to stay engaged and connected with you all through my business and just remember I will keep offering placenta encapsulation even while I’m in school! Thank you again 🫶🏾🩷

Can I get an applause for the placenta I mean hey not to toot my own horn but I get better everytime!!! This placenta yielded 141 capsules, it was a last minute booking and between school, working 12hr nights and self care in between it was squeezed in! Shoutout to my love for picking this up when I couldn’t, my partner in all forms!🩷🩷🩷

Hey doula fam! It’s been a while since I’ve posted, as many of you know I’ve been pursuing my career in midwifery and oh so caught up with school/work and day to day life. I’ve still been working behind the scenes and continuing my education with birth/pregnancy/postpartum/breastfeeding and more. I’m working on taking on postpartum client for the summer before my next semester starts so be sure to look out for that update! In addition, to that I am still taking on placenta encapsulation clients and will keep that service open and available. I just wanted to give a little update and let you all know where I am, in an effort to keep communication clear. I also plan to consistently update my blog “the birth and baby blog”, on my website AsheandAscend.com.

Hey it’s been a long semester, but your favorite doula is back in business!
