Hey doula fam! It’s been a while since I’ve posted, as many of you know I’ve been pursuing my career in midwifery and oh so caught up with school/work and day to day life. I’ve still been working behind the scenes and continuing my education with birth/pregnancy/postpartum/breastfeeding and more. I’m working on taking on postpartum client for the summer before my next semester starts so be sure to look out for that update! In addition, to that I am still taking on placenta encapsulation clients and will keep that service open and available. I just wanted to give a little update and let you all know where I am, in an effort to keep communication clear. I also plan to consistently update my blog “the birth and baby blog”, on my website AsheandAscend.com.

Hey it’s been a long semester, but your favorite doula is back in business! As many of you know I was on a little bit of a hiatus due to furthering my education but I am now back and better than ever. Placenta services are available along with Doula services. Hi everyone, I can’t believe I’m almost 7 weeks into my semester!! I feel like i haven’t had time to interact on my socials much but I did want to take a moment before my next class and let you all know, I am still offering placenta encapsulation services as well as Postpartum care on a case by case basis! I’m also in the process of completing my Childbirth education course and wrapping up my peer breastfeeding counselor program as well. I hope to be able to provide some new services virtually in 2025, to expand the care! Don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have birthy questions or if you just need advice!

Hey everyone!! It’s been a while, I’ve been super busy undergoing some major changes and transitions in life. Working towards a more spiritually lead lifestyle and focusing on the inner me. Throughout the past few weeks I’ve made some decisions that will positively impact my journey and how I approach to birth world. Deciding to enroll in college and beginning my life long goal of becoming a black CNM! This journey will be long and require discipline and diligence, although I won’t be saying good by to doula work anytime soon I will likely be taking a hiatus(from birth doula services) to focus on my studies. I do plan to still offer placenta encapsulation and postpartum care as needed so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need that kinda of support! In addition to that I am always open to offering guidance if you have questions regarding birth and labor and of course I still will be offer my tarot reading services on limited availability! Thank you for your support and I look forward to seeing you on the other side 🤎✨👩🏽‍⚕️
