The world thinks midlife women “just have to deal with it,” and honestly, a lot of that stems from one thing: the Women’s Health Initiative.

That study misled millions of women. It triggered fear, confusion, and a mass wave of people being taken off hormones — women who needed support, who suddenly had nothing. And decades later, we’re still cleaning up the fallout.

Here’s the truth:
The WHI was deeply flawed. It didn’t study the hormones we use today. It didn’t reflect what happens when women receive individualized, optimized care. And it absolutely should not be the reason you suffer in silence.

Your symptoms deserve context.
Your history deserves nuance.
And your care should be personalized — not based on outdated data or blanket rules that were never designed for you in the first place.
