After noticing many of my clients were in their cars during our teletherapy sessions, seeking privacy from their constantly-occupied homes, I decided to start offering "car therapy" to my clients as an alternative, and it is fantastic! I have a discreet parking location where we can meet and still get the face-to-face experience that we all crave, and some fresh air if the weather is nice (through closed windows on our phones if it isn't). Sometimes it's just nice to have a reason to drive away from the house that doesn't put you at any exposure risk too.
