Coastal Wellness and Counseling, LLC is seeking a Full-Time LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Coastal Wellness & Counseling, LLC is expanding and hiring a new full-time therapist to join our team and help our clients heal relationally. We are offering an exciting career opportunity for a Psychotherapist located in Alaska.

We offer the flexibility and rewards of working in a private practice setting without the stress of running your own private practice.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is trauma-informed and has experience or is willing to learn how to work with individuals, couples, and/or families using a systemic lens.

· You are well trained. You come from an accredited graduate program, are committed to continuing education, and have excellent references.

· You are organized. You have a system to keep yourself organized and accountable and do not require micro-managing or constant follow-up after a task has been delegated to you. You set deadlines for yourself with reminders to ensure they are met. You use a calendar and have systems that already work for you.

· You want to stay long-term. We really want someone who desires to be a dedicated part of our growing company at least for the next several years. If you are trying to create an income while you build your own private practice or want to use this as a building block to creating your own practice, this will not be a good fit.

· You are comfortable with technology. Due to COVID-19, all sessions are currently provided via telehealth and in-person, so you must be comfortable working on Zoom. All scheduling is done online and all records are kept on an electronic medical records system.



All candidates MUST be licensed by the State of Alaska: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD. Currently, we are not accepting interns or pre-licensed applicants.
