2025 what a year it has been…

From opening a new clinic and expanding our team this will be a year we will never forget. Biceps tendon pain can be a real downer for xc skiers. One of our athletes came in last season dealing with that nagging, "keeps-coming-back" pain... and with a mix of Shockwave (ESWT) and a smart tendon loading program, they were able to get back to racing at a high level without the flare-ups!

The combo works: ESWT helps the tendon heal, and the right strength + technique work keeps it from returning. 💪

If you’re stuck in that cycle of pain → rest → pain again, we can help. Our sports PT team specializes in tendon rehab, and we’re one of the only clinics in Anchorage (if not the only!) offering both Radial and Focal ESWT. That means we can treat everything from fresh irritation to long-standing tendon issues... and get you back to skiing at the level you love! ⛷️

We’re in-network with and can bill: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, EBMS, Medicare, Tricare, most workers’ comp, and select Moda plans. Our front desk team can even look up your PT benefits so there are zero surprises.

Out of network? We’ll give you everything you need to submit a claim yourself. Many clients get reimbursed directly by their insurance. And if you prefer to keep it super simple, we also offer flexible self-pay options and packages.

Open House Sucess✅

Thank you everyone who stopped by our First Friday event. We’re so happy to open our clinic to the community and show what we have to offer. Even some of our athlete ambassadors came by to show their support. Big shoutout to our local vendors and .is.antidote for being part of our event.

Throughout the month of November, our Midtown location did a Thanksgiving dish tournament to determine the best. There were discussions, upsets, and lots of hungry patients but at last, Pumpkin Pue strived to the top

As everyone is home eating a variety of these dishes, a reminder that we will be closed both Thursday and Friday, November 27th and 28th. Enjoy this time doing the activities you love with the people you cherish the most.
