Ever wonder if Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) is worth it? says YES! ⚡️

"I have had some bicep tendon issues in the past, and every time I have a flare-up, I know where to go! A method of treatment that my PT at Runners' Edge used is Shockwave Therapy. The goal of the treatment is to promote blood flow to my bicep tendon. The treatment feels like a concentrated blast of cold air with a slight tingle. Big congrats to our client, Mamie C., who finished the UTMB 100k in Big Bear, CA🐻 and place Top 20 Female!

Mamie has worked closely with our PT Jason throughout her training to stay strong, mange flair-ups, and keep logging those miles🏃🏻‍♀️Each PT session was another step towards the finish line and it paid off big time!

Huge congrats to our client of the month Janessa🎉

After battling chronic injuries, she has teamed up with our endurance PT specialists Jason and Sophie, put in the work, and crushed running a sub 3 at the Chicago Marathon! (Along side her twin sister) Her consistent hard work and dedication to every appointment truly paid off.

Janessa has shown that showing up and working towards your long term goals is not only achievable, but doable. We’re so proud of her and can’t wait to see where she’ll be running next.
