We are all social creatures, to a point where we are so drawn to others that we forget ourselves! Sit with yourself, meet yourself, befriend yourself, love yourself, high five yourself, be kind to yourself, treat yourself like you want others to treat you, feel your lungs expending with each breath you take, listen to your heartbeat, cherish the things that we always take for granted until we lose them...

"The most likely outcome of dieting is weight regain, which metabolically is shown to be worse for people because you go into this restrictive state…This weight cycling increases inflammatory markers, it increases stress response. It actually may even reset our set point so people not only gain the weight back that they lost, but more.”

The ads may be cloaked in wellness and body positivity, but the core message is the same it's always been: your body is not good enough.
