We are an extension of the dōTERRA Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Grove, Utah and are the very first Product Center to open outside of the main facility. We are a tight-knit, hardworking group of individuals who love assisting and helping dōTERRA’s loyal customers!
At our Product Center (PC) we ship out and supply our CPTG products to the whole state of Alaska while also facilitating a pickup station for Alaska’s customers and Wellness Advocates. Our customers have the ability to order from us online to ship, pickup, or come into the facility to place an order with one of our Product Center Agents. We have a display of our Essential Oils and products in store, and an enrollment station for our new customers.
How It Works
Our Product Center is a wonderful, convenient option for all of our customers who would rather pick up their product in-store than have it shipped and arrive at their door. However, due to the nature of our office being a new facility, we face a few challenges. The Alaska dōTERRA PC may operate differently than other will call locations many are used to, so it is important to note the following about our facility:
Customers must have a Wellness Advocate, Wholesale, or Retail customer account in order to place or pickup an order from our facility. There is a station in our office to enroll if a potential customer does not yet have an account.
Customers must have a U.S. account. We cannot fulfill orders on International or Canadian accounts.
We are a CC and Debit Card only facility. We do not accept cash, checks, or Visa gift cards at this time. If there are points, commissions, or in-store credit on the account the customer may redeem those in-store.
We have a 3-order limit at our Pickup Counter during a rush. If a customer has more than 3 orders to pickup in a visit they will need to get back in line to fulfill the rest after the first three. This is for the fairness of our other customers who may be waiting to place or pick up an order.
Online PC Pickup orders are not pulled and product is not allocated to the customer until he/she comes into the PC to pick it up. This means that inventory is not allocated to an individual until they come into our facility. This presents a risk of having items shipped or a refund if the company is out of stock on an item.
If we are out of an item at our location we will have to ship it to the customer’s address of choice from another facility. It may be possible that a PC Pickup order will have to be split and partially fulfilled in he PC while the rest ships to the customer. This still applies to customers who have placed orders ahead of time.
Customers who live in Alaska will receive their shipment orders from our facility unless we are out of the items on the order. Then the order will be fulfilled and shipped from another dōTERRA location. Customers will be responsible for their own shipping fees regarding out-of-stock items.
Holiday items are limited time and limited quantity. Due to the time sensitivity of these items we recommend placing a shipment order or coming into our store to place an order with an Agent. Our agents can assist customers and let them know what LTO items are out of stock and which are still available for purchase.
Our PC Agents are tasked with and trained in order fulfillment. Alaska agents are not trained to assist with detailed product education, placements, commissions, or ranking. They are simply there to assist with placing/fulfilling orders while answering any questions you may have about the facility or our CPTG products. If at any time our agents do not have an answer to a question, they will direct the customer to the proper contact source for that specific question.

Do you host classes at the PC?
At this time, no, we are not hosting classes at our facility.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! It is important they have all the necessary information for your account in order to pick it up on your behalf. They must have your full name on the account, member I.D. number, and verification code. You can find all of this information in your back office. It is also helpful to contact our Call Center (+1 800-411-8151) to have them place the name of the person picking up on the order. We require this information to ensure no one is using your account other than you and the people you authorize.
My friend doesn’t have a dōTERRA account and wants to grab a few items. Can they use my account without me being there?
Yes! Again, it is important they have all the necessary information for your account in order to place an order on your account. They must have your full name on the account, member I.D. number, and verification code. You can find all of this information in your back office. We require this information to ensure no one is using your account other than you and the people you authorize.
I placed an order online for PC Pickup and you didn’t have my items. This upset me as I now have to wait for the items to ship to me. Why did it let me place an order when you didn’t have the product in stock?
Great question! We apologize for any inconvenience with fulfilling your order. At this time, our ordering system and inventory system do not communicate with each other. This means we have no way of seeing what you ordered or how much before you come in. There is always a risk of having your order (or part of your order) shipped when placing for PC Pickup online. At this time there are no plans to change this system.
I wish I could come in on evenings during the week. Why are your hours set up the way they are?
We have our hours set 10am-5pm on weekdays due to the fact that we are a small crew that is charged with fulfilling shipping orders/pick up orders simultaneously. The same PC Agents fulfilling your orders in the front arrive early in the morning to begin fulfilling shipment orders in the back. Though we are only open during standard business hours during the week, we put in extra time on our weekends to provide a time for our standard-business-hour working customers to come into the PC! On Saturdays we open from 9am-1pm - just for you!
Can you add items to my pick up order? Can you combine them so I can reach a PV promo for the Product of the Month or a 200 PV promo?
Unfortunately we cannot add any items to an existing order, or combine orders. Once you have placed an order we cannot add items to that existing order. However, we can place a separate order for you if you forgot any items you need. We cannot combine existing orders together for PV benefits.
Why were my oils mailed to me without bubble wrap? Won't they break? They've always been individually wrapped and I don't like this change.
This is a good question and we hear your concerns. Alaska is the first Shipment Distribution Center that isn't individually wrapping the essential oil bottles, there are two reasons for this.:
1: DoTERRA's oil bottles are hand-blown glass and are VERY durable. The one weak spot, the neck of the bottle, requires a lot of pressure to break and very rarely happens. This is why they are safe to be sent out in the mailers and boxes without them being individually wrapped. Everything that is sent out from our center is packaged the way Utah corporate employees have trained us to do so.
2: We do not wrap the bottles individually to cut down on the use of single-use plastic. DoTERRA is becoming more actively aware of it's carbon footprint as a company and is making slow changes to become more eco-friendly. Some of the other Shipment Centers still use bubble wrap, but a slow conversion is being made to lower our overall waste as a company! Rest assured, if you EVER receive a broken, leaking, or damaged bottle, doTERRA WILL replace it for you! You can call the call center or bring the broken bottle into our PC to get a replacement bottle. You will not be punished as a customer for an item that becomes damaged in the mail.
