I got this bamboo warmer and new bamboo sticks for a nice warm add on to massage. Very similar to hot stones except the length of the bamboo provides good leverage for deep and broad work. Love it!

This last year had so many cool moments. I became a Complete Lymphedema Therapist, that’s been a goal for over 2 decades. Started my Craniosacral journey and added many other classes and trainings. I started training a lot more (6 times a week) in Krav Maga. What’s that? I’m so glad you asked. It’s Hebrew for contact combat and it’s the fighting system used by the Israeli Defense Forces. It a a blend of martial arts and uses weapons like my favorite the karambit. When I look back on where I started and how far I have come I’m so proud. I still feel like every class is a struggle but i think it’s because there is so much to learn. I was super excited to be invited to the advanced combative class because I feel like everyone there is a bazillion times better than me and I love how much I get to learn. Going into this next year I want to keep up with Krav, attend an axe combat seminar, and add more things to my massage/ esthetics menu like a PEMF bio mat, a red light panel and more fun modalities. Thank you to everyone who has booked services with me, purchased gift cards, and shared my posts or liked them or shared with others about my business. You paid my bills all year! Happy new year everyone and I hope everyone stays safe tonight and has tons of fun!
