Sometimes cupping marks can be quite drastic depending on what is going on with your body. They are not painful and usually clear up in 1.5 weeks. These marks will probably last about 2 weeks. Cupping is a form of deep tissue work, but instead of mashing the tissue by pressing inward, it gently stretches the tissue allowing relief on the nerve pathways and facilitating nutrient rich blood flow to bring healing to the area. It feels amazing.

I was asked what I do for skincare at a party I was at recently. I’m 40, spent a lot of time in the sun, ☀️ and don’t do much as far as products go. I think most of them are a waste and you’re better off with little to no product. 🥹. I don’t wear makeup like foundation or concealers. You get what you get. What I do love is staying hydrated by drinking water, sweating regularly and washing it off. A clean silk pillow case to lock in moisture and I am a firm believer in using a sauna regularly. Of course I love a good facial and manual lymph drainage is great for preventing and treating breakouts. I also use this high frequency wand ⚡️ (can be purchesed off amazon) But as far as a nightly skin routine, I don’t have that. I also am not a big fan of Botox or any fillers. 🫣 I said what I said. Come at me bro. 😂

It’s all about that 99% alcohol for a bigger hotter flame which create a deeper pull. It’s the small things that make a big difference in the treatment. Schedule a massage and try out fire cupping. Once people try the traditional way they usually don’t ever want to go back to silicone or plastic cups. It’s just better.
