We always begin with a soft entering the space,I give about a 15 min arrival and settle in, please bring water and if you want to bring a mat, that is fine but there are lots of comfy pillows, couches and jus the rug to be on. Every session is just slightly different but similar. I will begin our practice with offering magnesium oil and calming mist that I have made, handing out silk eye masks, lighting our intentional candle, and getting ready to start our journey into our practice. We will put our eye masks on and I will guide you through a deep meditation with breath work, mindfulness and visual meditation for the next 30-45 mins. We will end by sharing some blue lotus tea which helps open our third eye/intuition/ helps with anxiety and eases the nervous system. There will be no rush, if you feel so inclined, you can pull an oracle card or tarot card to end your evening.
