*Be ready BEFORE your client arrives

As I sit here waiting for my own appointment that was scheduled for 10am, I'm reminded how much of a difference it makes to the client that their massage therapist is punctual. It's not only professional but also considerate.

Mentor Tip For Today -
I suggest you give your clients extra time when sending email reminders.
If you have a 24 hour cancellation policy, consider sending that reminder email 36-48 hours ahead of their appointment.
Sending an email at the 24 hour mark and having a 24 hour cancellation policy leaves zero wiggle room for both You and the Client.
Remember, we all can appreciate a little extra consideration from time to time.
