Silverman Dental is on the hunt for an experienced Front Office Manager who’s detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm smile, creating a friendly and professional front desk atmosphere
Verify insurance, provide treatment plans, and communicate financial details, including estimated co-pays, with patients
Perform basic accounting tasks like processing payments and preparing billing statements
Manage various administrative duties to keep our office running smoothly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Dentrix software is highly preferred
Previous dental office or management experience is a plus
Strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently
