WATER GLYPH: "Friends, Bond, Trust". Last week in 5-Elements class Water Element, we played with Veda Austin's freezing method. Several students had this leaf-like shape show up in their water. According to Veda's dictionary of water glyphs that she's building, this leaf shows up with the meaning of exactly what happens with massage students - they make life-long friends, the whole group bonds, and they trust each other a lot. ❤❤❤ If any students have your pic, post it in the comments so we can see.

Our country may be messy right now, but it's OUR mess, OUR country, and I love it!!
Half the people are crazy right now, but they're OUR crazy people, OUR homeless, OUR depressed, and I love us all!!

This is an Elixir I made for myself recently with the intention of Transformation. Releasing any old habits that no longer serve me, transforming into new habits.
Azurite, Orpiment, Gold quartz

I used Veda Austin's water freezing method to track the Elixir, out of curiosity, for 7 days.

This is so interesting. I've never had the water come out totally smooth/no pattern, and to me this matches my intention of Transformation perfectly.

When our perspective is rooted in the lower chakras life can seem overwhelmingly stressful and full of problems, things to be fearful of and worried about. Sound like the news? It's a force that can keep people stuck down there.

And yet, in the Way of YinYang, the news and everything else that aligns with the lower chakras is necessary for balance.

There's a shift happening right now where, because of the extreme negativity in the news, people are connecting and feeling each other's Heart Energy in a way that only happens when events are extreme. The 'bad' allows for the 'good' in balance.

The Heart feels everything. It's not analytical, it FEELS, and when it's strong it provides us with a personal perspective for inner change. When we change ourselves inside, we reflect this.

The more people that reflect inner beauty, the more beautiful our external reality becomes. Can you close your eyes and FEEL your heart?

New study just published with 3 case studies: Fenbendazole, (commonly called 'FenBen') an anti-parasitic medication that has been around for 30 years, shows promising results in late stage cancer treatments. It is being used in conjunction with Western treatment, and brings a new angle of hope.
In Chinese medicine, cancer is often treated as parasite disharmony, so it makes sense from this point of view that anti-parasitic medications may prove highly beneficial.
It's very nice that doctors are able to openly research medications like this post-pandemic.

Every question becomes a magnet for information, so asking the right question is key to getting the actual answers we're looking for.

We use this concept in hypnosis - asking the subconscious mind to find an answer. The wording of question makes a massive difference to the results we get.

Notice the difference:
"How can I heal?" - this is probably the #1 question I hear, and it is so vague that the answers are too numerous to count.

Instead, if we ask "How can I build my energy back up some today?" we have something more specific to work with, and the information we magnetically draw in will be more relevant and thus clear.

We might be in the grocery store and the color of beautiful bright oranges catches our attention so we buy a few. 🍊 We might have a break at work and look outside noticing how incredible the sunshine looks, so we take a walk in it. 🌎🌞 We might even make that massage appointment we've been putting off and gift our body the results that come from it. ✋🤚 And tomorrow we wake up feeling a little better, more Qi, more alive.

If we really begin to have awareness that our Questions Are Magnets, we can work with this energy in amazing ways.
