I made myself a special Elixir for my recent birthday. The intention was to honor myself and the beautiful gift of life I received.

I love to feeze my elixirs and see what kind of messages they contain, via style.

Do you have a Power Word for the new year? I started doing this years ago instead of resolutions. With deep reflection, I choose a word, a theme, that I come back to for guidance, inspiration, and enthusiasm.

As I observe and feel the energy present in the world now, it feels to me as if we are being required to 👁 SEE 👁 differently, because it is no longer possible to easily perceive Truth at face value.

What a wonderful opportunity to explore within ourselves How To Perceive in this new reality of AI, influencers, narratives, and massive change happening at unimaginable speed.

We can only observe the storm from either a point in the still center, or outside of it. When we are in the storm we must only survive and it is overwhelming.

PERSPICACITY, to me, means realizing or acknowledging the Dream of reality, and navigating it differently, figuring out how to play in it - fun, creative, wonder, awe.

And then WHO is the real Dreamer? How can I merge with the Eyes of my Soul/Higher Self, and see like this in a wakened state? To ask this question I immediately feel one Eye in my Heart and another in my 3rd Eye.

Well, this is my start in 2026. Immense love to you all! 💜

The massage table in my treatment room is at a slight intentional angle to soften the Qi flow as it enters the room.

An interesting experiment would be to put the table straight and see how you feel after a massage, then compare it to the feeling after being at an angle.

Many people would be surprised at the difference. It's subtle but very noticeable.

We respond to our environment in so many ways. Are you aware? How do you feel in the space where you are right now? Are you relaxed and open, or is your breath or muscles showing any signs of tension and constriction?

With Taoist Feng Shui we can use energy to infuse us and put us in optimal environmental Qi flow. We deserve this.

Respect The Yang 🔥 when working with Yang treatments. Protocols that use Moxa and/or Herbs, more is not better, and this is most apparent when the practitioner or the patient tries to do too much too fast.

I understand, we want change to happen NOW, however from the Taoist viewpoint, working with Fire and Yang is an alchemical process of change, and it's 💪 strong which requires sensetive awareness.

We have to watch for signs to ensure the Yang isn't overpowering the Yin:
♨️Agitation
♨️Insomnia
♨️Irritation, Anger, Agression
♨️Feeling hot
♨️Palpitations
♨️Racing thoughts

If any of these start to become noticeable, Back Off and introduce some 💧 Yin, Water, in the form of foods, meditation & QiGong, herbs, and cold.

Always respect the Yang when you work with it.

Serious research continues into Energy Healing and I love this!
If you've received Energy Healing have you ever had the sensation of being touched in a place where the healer wasn't touching you? How does this happen?

What I was taught in Medical QiGong, to "Get The Qi" = Heart/Brain Coherence synced between Healer and Healee. Often both people feel the connection, or the 'dissolving of physical boundary'. The connection and when it syncs up can be measured and verified.

The 3 main points and questions top-level research is looking at:

1. Need to validate whether or not Energy Healing works. DONE. Yes, it shows quantifiable results in multiple studies.

2. How does it work? STILL RESEARCHING. So far they know it's more than placebo and it's more than ElectroMagnetic Fields, but how??

3. Why/How are some of the strongest cases that show valid results done 'non-locally', or across great distance? Possibly seems to be a kind of Informational Carrier Wave, but what is this and how does it work?

BOTTOM LINE: We are part of something HUGE within this beautiful, strange, mysterious, incredible existence, and Healing Happens in so many ways.

NEW Wild Mozart Effect!
A study published earlier this year (link at end) has shown that musical stimulation, especially Mozart’s K448 in D, led to an increase in the abundance of beneficial intestinal bacteria and a decrease in harmful bacteria. The research results reveal a potential mechanism by which Mozart’s K448 maintains intestinal health and promotes intestinal microbiota homeostasis in mice, and potentially humans.

Someone recently asked me about doing a parasite cleanse. With any cleansing you have to be careful to first, only cleanse to the degree your system can handle it, and second, support your body during and after.

This video has good information on the topic - signs that show parasites may be an issue, and also some natural ways for dealing with them. I strongly prefer this perspective, rather than a harsh cleanse.

One of the suggestions is to start with a bile salt supplement called "Tudca". I've used this before for various gut issues and I like it a lot. My source is Double Wood Supplements - find them online.

Lastly, after doing a cleanse be sure to re-balance your microbiome. Locally I highly recommend Farm 779 Fermented Foods. You can find them in the Valley and Saturdays at Massage Now! Pop-Up. If you're not local, find or make some good natural fermented foods - even Kimchi - and add it into your diet for at least 3 months.
