After the summer break Community Drumming Circles are back and ready to rumble! 🎶🎶 Come drum, shake an egg, ding on the bell, every 2nd Friday of the month from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Here at the Community Drumming circle you'll experience wellness, connection, creativity and much more.

Join us at 505 W. Northern Lights.
All ages are welcome and no experience necessary. Cost: Adults(18+)$20, pay at tge door.

We are so grateful to share exciting news with you and your beautiful community. We will be hosting Embodied in Color Conference 2025 for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) clinicians on May 30, May 31 and June 1. The first two days of the conference will be virtual and the last day will be in-person in Chicago.

The conference will showcase a wide variety of experiential and interactive wellness practices and healing modalities that BIPOC clinicians can use to create healing spaces for themselves and their clients.

This will be three experiential days for BIPOC healers to gather in an affinity space to build community and heal together.

We need your support to spread the word about the conference with your communities, so that we can reach as many BIPOC clinicians as possible and invite them to join the collective healing community.

If you are a non-BIPOC ally who would like to support the conference, there are two ways to do it:
