Midweek surgery is not something I used to do often, but office-based procedures have changed that.

Some gynecologic surgeries can now be safely done in the office for the right patient. This can mean easier scheduling, lower costs, and a less stressful experience compared with hospital-based surgery.

These procedures often help with heavy bleeding, uterine polyps, cyst removal, evaluation of abnormal bleeding, treatment for painful in*******se including entrance pain, and cosmetic gynecology concerns. Not everyone is a candidate, and careful evaluation always comes first.

Often, there is a lot of anxiety surrounding the gynecologic visit, I am providing a spa experience to allay your fears and relax your mind. I treat my patients the way I want to be treated when I go to the doctor’s office; I want to be treated like I’m at the spa, so that is what we do. I am not your traditional gynecologist.
