Alaska Infant Learning Program is a support program for families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays and or diagnosed conditions which may impact the child's development. In Alaska the system of Early Intervention is provided through regional grantees and managed by the State of Alaska under the authority of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part C - to ensur

e a state-wide comprehensive system of Early Intervention. Services include: parent support, therapeutic intervention including Occupations, Physical, Speech and Developmental therapies, family counseling on child development, case management and respite delivered through home visits or in community settings.
