Tiffany Zollinger, owner and therapist, has been a practicing Physical Therapist in Anchorage since 2004, and has taken her skills to the next level, and opened her own clinic!! Conveniently located in South Anchorage, Inspire Physical Therapy is a full service clinic, accepting clients for post-surgery therapy, worker's comp cases, auto accidents, and even self-referrals. In treatment we use various concepts and lessons from Pilates, utilizing core stabilization and the three Pilates Apparatus: The Reformer, The Trapeze Table/Cadillac and the Combo Chair. She also strongly emphasizes patient education on body mechanics and movement strategies to promote joint protection and efficiency in movement. Our treatment philosophy is based on patient/family education and promoting self management and injury prevention. Inspire PT has a full compliment of therepeutic equipment, and offers Therapeutic Exercise, Gait Training, Therapeutic Massage, Home Exercise Programs, Back Education, Therapeutic Pilates, Post-Surgical Rehab, and Work Conditioning. Inspire has been around since 2011 and is always looking for new clients. If you, or someone you know is in need of physical therapy, give us a shot.
