Happy Summer Solstice! We are soaking up the extra light here in Alaska! Solstice is marking the peak of the yang energy & the return of the yin energy. Make sure to not burn yourself out with all of your summer activities. Nourish yourself with sleep, hydrating, stretching, meditation, yoga, Acupuncture, massage, Float Tank, Infrared Sauna, Reiki & Chiropractic care just to name a few. We celebrated solstice by getting outside for a hike & run on our beautiful Alaskan trails.

Celebrated my birthday - Kristen - yesterday 🥳 I’m grateful for another year in this beautiful place & for such amazing people in my life ✨ Here’s our family hiking in Girdwood yesterday. And meet Sage - our newest family member that we picked up 4 weeks ago. This was his first hike - many more to come!

We were so happy to have Rachel up for a few days to help train staff & bounce ideas off of! Rachel is our biller & past manager. We got to take her & her daughter out to dinner last night. We will always appreciate her hard work & dedication to Snow Blossom ❤️
