Hello Maple Springs Anchorage Families,
You are cordially invited to attend the Maple Springs Family Council meetings on the 4th Thursday of every month from 6:00-7:00pm in the Maple Springs Cove room. The next meeting is Thursday, June 26th at 6:00pm. The family council is a fairly new program at Maple Springs Anchorage facility. It is open to all family members who have loved ones residing in the Light House or the Assisted Living part of Maple Springs. You are encouraged to come to a meeting and meet other family going through the same experiences you may be. We can help each other.
The purpose of the Family Council is to:
· Share with other family members any thoughts, concerns or gratitude for the Maple Springs care, activities, nutrition, or administrative services provided to our loved ones.
· Relay thoughts and issues as a unified family voice to Maple Spring administration. The administration then follows-up in writing with their responses.
· The more families are actively engaged in the Council, the more it helps to promote a great Maple Springs environment for families and administration to collaborate and work together to better the resident experience.
The Council meets every month on the 4th Thursday of the month at 6:00pm in the Cove just off the main lobby. Here is the schedule for this summer.
· Thursday, June 26th
· Thursday, July 24th
· Thursday, August 28th
