Over this past week, I flew to our state capitol Juneau, meeting with over 22 legislators and staff. Fighting and advocating for our profession. This was a coordinated effort with a handful of massage therapists, but representing a multitude of licensed massage therapists in Alaska. Our purpose is to oppose executive order 127, eliminating the state board of massage therapists. And to continue the state board past the sunset, supporting SB 228 and HB 327.
