SLOPE STRENGTH!!! It’s winter and we’re excited! 🏂🎿❄️

This 5 week program is designed to prepare your body for the ski season! The focus is injury prevention, muscle endurance and overall strength. Get the most out of your season and be able to ride longer more efficient days with a lower chance of injury!

$149 gets you two ski/snowboard specific classes each week for 5 weeks… (Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM) with the option to also join in on our other 7 class times we offer throughout the week!

This opportunity is a steal and we are here and ready to help give you a season of rad descents and even better ASCENTS!🏔️⛷️🏂❄️

This will be an interactive session where coach Brett breaks down the importance of preparing our bodies for winter activities and how to stay strong throughout the season. Our mission is to provide the citizens of Jackson and visitors to the area a means of maintaining their incredible active lifestyle. The proverbial “Go Big” no longer has to be followed by “or Go Home”.

As chiropractors we serve as primary care physicians, with specific interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, so that our clients can bike harder, run farther, ski longer, shred deeper and climb higher.

In addition to the latest treatment techniques and modalities, we focus intensively on patient education. Our distinguishing goal is to build each patient a “tool box”, which they can carry with them for the rest of their lives. We want our clients to spend more time doing what they love and less time in our office.
