As we gather to celebrate the spirit of independence with friends and family, we at the Anchorage Recovery Center want to remind everyone to prioritize safety and well-being. Whether you’re enjoying a barbecue, watching the fireworks, or simply relaxing with loved ones, please remember:

🚗 Choose Safety First: If you’re planning to indulge in festivities, designate a sober driver, call a cab, or use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Your safety and the safety of others on the road is our top priority.

🎉 Celebrate Responsibly: Enjoy the day, but please do so responsibly. Let’s make this Fourth of July a memorable and safe holiday for everyone.

🌟 Join Us for the Rally Recovery Ride!

Get ready for an unforgettable Saturday filled with some powerful testimonies, food, friends, and fellowship! 🎉 Join us and our community partners for this special event with raffles, games, and, of course, delicious food.

📍 Start the day by hopping on your bike and joining the motor pool at the Alano Club in Anchorage at 10 AM. 🏍️

🎈 Or bring the whole family out to Nunley Park in Wasilla for fun and festivities from 1 to 3 PM.

We’re raising awareness, fighting stigma, and having a blast doing it! 🎊

Walk-In Assessments Available!

Are you or a family member struggling with substance or alcohol use disorder? Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to walk with you through the next steps and find the best path to suit your needs. Currently, we have beds available for our Veteran partial hospitalization program.

Assessment Hours:

• Walk-Ins: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Appointments: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

We have a few program options to accommodate different schedules and needs:

• Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Ideal for those with daytime commitments.

• Midday IOP Group: Runs from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM for those who prefer this timing.

• Veteran Partial Hospitalization Program: Includes availability for recovery residences for additional support.
