Hey everyone! Just a quick reminder that we have officially kicked off our canned food drive for the month of August! Please drop off at any one of our three locations and, if the items are on the Food Bank of Alaska’s wish list, be entered to win a free massage!

Hello, Anchorage! We are happy to announce that, starting Friday, Rebound will be hosting our 4th annual canned food drive for the month of August!

In order to encourage participation in the food drive, each clinic will be raffling off a free 60 min massage twice during the month, once on August 15th and again on August 31st. While all non-perishable food items will be accepted during the drive, participants must bring something from the Food Bank's "Wish List" in order to be entered into the raffle. Participants can be entered one time per day into the raffle as long as you bring an item off the list or a minimum of $1 donation in place of canned goods. In other words, it does not matter if you bring 1 item or 20, $1 or $20, you only get one entry each day you bring something. For more information please see the front desk at any of our three locations.

The food drive begins on August 1st and goes through August 31st. Last year we collected 933lbs of food to donate. Let’s rally together and blow that number out of the water this year to support the Food Bank of Alaska!

Rebound is excited to welcome Clare Goldkamp PT, DPT to our West Anchorage clinic! Clare is a graduate of the University of Columbia in Missouri and has treated patients all over the U.S. as a travel PT. She grew up as a track athlete so working with athletes of all ages is very near and dear to her. She has also recently been specializing in women's pelvic health and loves treating pregnant and postpartum mamas! This past weekend was one for the books for Rebound! On Friday, we had our annual staff appreciation barbecue, complete with the ultimate co****le tournament! Then, on Saturday, the Reboundineers took to the seas for some rockfish and halibut fishing that turned out to be one of the best years of fishing we have had! A huge shout out to Alaska Northern Outfitters for finding us some great spots and providing us with such a memorable trip! All in all, it was a great weekend with the best staff! We are already looking forward to next year!

Hello Anchorage! It is officially a wrap on 100 Miles in May and what a month it was! Our Reboundineers were able to log 3,750 miles with a pledge of 50 cents a mile to raise almost $2,000 for the Healthy Futures of our local youth! Thanks to everyone who got out and got involved for this great fundraiser and cheers to doing it again next year!
