Linda's passion to learn how to help others heal and be free of pain ever since her humble beginnings 1970 when she discovered her gift of massage at 9 years old with the ability to feel others' pain and a knowing for when her grandpa, dad and others were hurting. She found adults family members sitting at her feet asking for her help on regular basic. After her three da

ughters graduated high school she decided to become a Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from Sage School of Massage in Bend, Oregon in 20O9. Linda specializes in; Deep Tissue and Deep Relaxation Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Trigger Point, Soft Tissue Passive & Active Movement, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Assisted Gentle Table Stretching, Reflexology for the feet, Graston Tool scraping and Cupping. Massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing including pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention. Linda has found a way to mix Therapeutic Massage Therapy focused on getting results with deep relaxation. When Linda is outside of Alaska Med Spa & Chiropractic she enjoys hanging out with her family camping and fishing and enjoying Thai food and sushi!
