Mount Susitna Therapeutic Associates is seeking a grounded, growth-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team as a W-2 employee. Our clinic is known for providing therapeutic, evidence-based, client-centered care in a calm, professional setting. As one of our team members prepares to relocate, we’re excited to welcome someone who is eager to grow their career with support and autonomy.

This position is ideal for newer therapists looking to develop their skills under the mentorship of an experienced LMT, with guidance available as needed and CEU support offered.

Details:
• Position Type: W-2 Employee
• Expected Hours: 10–15 hours per week
• Shifts available Monday-Saturday
• Pay Range: $50–$100 per massage, depending on session length and occasional discounts
• Schedule: You set your hours — we trust you to show up for your clients
• Client Base: Primarily cash-pay with occasional insurance billing
• Mentorship: Available from a therapist with 17 years of experience

Requirements:
• Current Alaska massage license (or eligibility)
• Strong foundation in therapeutic massage and client care

Yay! So excited for this weekend!

Printing out class materials before my flight!! ✈️ I’m beyond excited to spend some time teaching in a far away land for a change. 🥰 I’m always to eager to see what I get to learn from my students. I love their ideas, the fun questions, even hearing a new perspective puts me in a place to really think through a challenge. Every class is something completely different!
